ICON Las Vegas, will be developed by The Related Companies whom over the past 25 years have developed in excess of 400 communities (50,000 units), including over 100 Highrises in the Florida and New York markets. Some of their latest achievements include: The Time Warner Center (NY), Aquazul (Miami), ICON (Miami), Murano Grande (Miami), ONE Miami, 500 Brickell and Apogee (Miami).

As the clear leader in the Highrise market, Related looked at the Las Vegas marketplace as the newest growth opportunity for Highrise living and thus ICON was born.

Jorge Perez (Chairman, Related Group of Florida) and Stephen Ross (Chairman, Related, LLP, NY) contracted with Architectural Firm Arquitectonica and designer David Rockwell to design Las Vegas’ first Smart Building and to create a new ICON in the Las Vegas skyline.

ICON will consist of two 49 story towers which will be located at 205 Convention Center Drive between the Stardust and Las Vegas Hilton Hotel Casinos. The main views will be south down the Strip with Wynn Las Vegas as a central focal point approximately a mile away. ICON will be the closest residential Highrise to the new Wynn Hotel, Casino and Country Club and the Fashion Show Mall on the Las Vegas Strip. Access to the newly opened Monorail will be ¼ mile away at the Las Vegas Hilton.

ICON will offer floorplans of 950sf, 971sf, 1,400sf, 1,824sf and Penthouses at 2,800sf+. Three distinct floorplans will be delivered as a one bedroom with a den, two bedrooms with a den and three bedrooms with den configurations.

Interior finishes will include Kohler fixtures, Jacuzzi Master Tubs, Della Casa Italian cabinetry, Kitchen Aid and Bosch appliances, porcelain tile floors in the kitchens and Crema Marfil floors, counters and shower surrounds in the bathrooms.

In addition to 40,000sf of retail/restaurant space, amenities will include 24 hour Valet & Concierge Services, Health Club with His and Hers Locker Rooms with Steam Showers, “Party”/Recreation Room, Movie Viewing Area, Pools, Outdoor Fire-Pits and Sun & Opium Beds to lounge on at the pool and Cabañas.

Prices range from $625k to $1.2 million. A reservation deposit of 10% is required to reserve your unit and another 10% is due at groundbreaking, with the balance due at closing.
